Questions about teams
Does everyone get a physical card?
No. Everyone gets a digital card: profile, wallet pass and QR code. Physical cards are ordered separately, only for those who want one.
Who owns a profile within a team? Coming soon
The employee. The organization determines which fields are locked — such as logo, branding, and job title — but personal data remains the individual's own. If someone leaves, the organization can transfer the card, and the employee keeps their own data.
We would like to get a Smardly for all employees of our company and be able to manage these under one account, is that possible? Coming soon

Can I add profiles later?
Yes. An extra profile is charged pro rata. Fewer profiles take effect at renewal.
